Job Description

As a Service Rep - Day, you will operate a tractor/trailer, throughout an established route, delivering, stocking, & rotating all Hensley products at assigned accounts. You will be required to establish & maintain positive relationships with customers & accounts. You may be required to resolve service complaints & deal with special customer requests while maintaining a positive attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Reports to work at assigned time in a clean/presentable uniform.
  • Performs a pre-trip/post-inspection, on a tractor/trailer, & carries the report, in the vehicle, during operating hours, as required by DOT.
  • Use GPS application to help drive company efficiencies such as routing, stop times, and monitor safety behaviors
  • Verifies product load-out prior to leaving the warehouse.
  • Delivers Hensley products to assigned accounts.
  • Greet customers with a friendly & positive attitude.
  • Rotate back stock inventory to insure quality freshness.
  • Stock and rotate warm/cold shelves at assigned accounts.
  • Ensure product is not damaged at point of purchase for consumers.
  • Issues and/or obtains customer signature on invoice for pick-up and/or delivery.
  • Upon returning to the warehouse, Driver verifies load-in & organizes/separates products by pallet.
  • Works efficiently with all tasks and obligations assigned by Operations Leadership.
  • Maintains/insures company equipment is in good working condition on a daily basis.
  • Follow safety protocol and training while maintaining safety measures at all times.
  • Maintain daily reports, both physical and virtual, and turn it in to supervisor at the end of the day. Perform all other duties as assigned.


  • Must maintain a current Class A Commercial Driver's License and Medical Card.
  • Be at least 19 years of age or older.
  • Good communication skills and cheerful disposition.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Must be able to work well with others.
  • Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to operate hand held computer.
  • Ability to read code dates proficiently.
  • Frequently required to lift and/or move 30 up to 165 pounds.
  • Must be able to, occasionally, work weekends & holidays.
  • Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone stipend.
  • Beverage Delivery and Merchandising experience, required.
  • Draft equipment knowledge is a plus.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspond with pertinent co-workers. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical/Analytical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to compute discount and percentages.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several unanticipated but common variables in everyday situations.


Must maintain a current driver's license.
