As a member of the Averitt Sales Team, you will be in direct daily contact with your customers, serving as a consultative partner for them as they incorporate transportation decisions into their overall business strategies. Our sales reps enjoy moderate travel through local and regional markets as they locate shipping solutions to reduce costs for our current and future business partners, as well as maintaining strong relationships.

- One (1) year of sales experience, transportation sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED; College Degree preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- No convictions for Reckless Driving within the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
- No suspensions or revocations within the past 5 years
- No serious violations within the past 12 months (following too close, improper passing, traffic offenses committed in a CMV in connection with a fatality)
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
