Dick Lavy Trucking has been in business since 1978. We run everything east of the Mississippi and go as far north as Maine, as far west as Texas and as far south as Florida.
Our drivers pull 53’ dry vans with a wide variety of customer and broker freight. Based on our excellent location in the I-75 & I-70 area and our long history with the manufacturing facilities and distribution centers in our area, our services are in GREAT DEMAND!
We allow drivers to bring their own invertor up to 1500 watts which our shop staff will gladly install.
Our trucks do not have APUs. To keep the drivers comfortable in the hot summer months, idling is allowed when temperatures are above 63 degrees. Our trucks are Smartway compatible and are approved to idle due to the safer emissions.
