Drivers ee 100% no touch freight, 90 percent of which comes on one-pickup / one-stop orders. Ozark drivers interact with customers throughout the United States - but don't worry about being sent into New York City unless you want to go.Drivers with Ozark will not worry about delivering frieght to Canada, either. Weekly Pay:

  • Payroll can be directly deposited into your bank or credit union, 'loaded' to your comdata card, or mailed to your home We can now e-mail your direct deposit pay stub and payroll recap to you.

Medical Insurance:

  • After 60 days you qualify for individual or family medical insurance. Optional coverage available for disability and dental.

  • Be at least 23 years of age or older

  • Have NO felonies that are LESS THAN 10 years old from release date or end of probation

  • No DUI, DWI or Impaired in the last 7 years
  • No Reckless or Careless driving
  • No more than 1 chargeable accidents in the last 3 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years

Your payroll at Ozark can be delivered by – direct deposit, check or having your payroll loaded to your COMDATA card. Pay statements are emailed to you, prior to your actual payday, to make it simple to review your next paycheck.

Upon hiring on, and completing the 60-day probationary period, you are offered a cafeteria plan of benefits and these are deducted from your settlement. Ozark now accepts drivers with less than 3 months experience, or graduates from truck driving schools. These ‘New Entrant’ drivers must enter a program to evaluate their skills to safely operate a tractor trailer, with the motoring public.

This program includes a combination of training methods consisting of some lectures, driving course and computer training modules.

This is paid training, paid orientation and paid on-road training.
